  • 1.5 lbs (700 g) Brussels Sprouts
  • 6 Cloves Garlic (Medium)
  • Chopped Ginger (to Taste)
  • Chili Flakes & Walnuts Optional

    The Sauce:
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) Maple Syrup
  • 50 ml (1/4 cup) Olive Oil
  • 25 ml (1/8 cup) Balsamic Vinegar
  • Coconut Macaroon Cookies
  • 3 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 3 Eggs (5 if Using Only Eggs Whites)
  • 1 to 1.5 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 3 Drops Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil (optional)
